Return Policy

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase or a receipt.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the current item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Right of Withdrawal (30 Days – European Union)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
